I finally got my gin yesterday. Just shy of 4 weeks after I placed my order. I followed up a week ago with the supplier, and they told me the reason for the delay was that the gin was made to order, and they did not have enough staff to cater for the demand. Seriously! What did they think was going to happen once they put it on sale. The orders would trickle through at manageable rate.
Not a very good buying experience for me!

I was gonna give them a call tomorrow, thanks for your update. Can rest a little easier, but seems a bit strange that I never even got a confirmation email from them. Maybe I didn't put my email address down.

Glad to know I'm (presumably) not being scammed.

Apologies. I tried to ignore this gincident, but the gin is 40% stronger than me!

I got an email saying they are taking pre orders again and are making more. Hopefully mine is still on its way.
They must have underestimated what a classy gin drinking group the Saints members are
Lucky I've got plenty of gin to keep me company until this arrives

Unfortunate timing I think, disposable income this year is becoming an increasing concern for many, I would call it a win to be around the same mark.

Not sure that seems to be having a similar impact on other clubs. Most clubs are also on track to set membership records and some have already broken theirs.

A lot of supporters simply don’t trust the club..second half of last season still likely to be a bit raw with some!

This is the first year where we haven’t had special 1 game memberships for Maddies Match, Pride Game, Spuds match etc that double counted memberships.

Obviously like every club we have the 3+ games memberships (that’s how Carlton, Collingwood etc get such high numbers), but this is the first year to show the potential of our membership base.

The cut off date this year is July 31.



We have 6 more home games after the bye. We have two away games before our next home game. What do we need to see in those two games for us to to see another jump in numbers? The club could do a special 6 game package. Is another 5,000 members reasonable?

I don’t know if our form right now will sell more memberships, or even get more people to games.
