Will be interesting to see if they just pick players from their current team, a team of mates or actually appeal to a broader mix. I can see Dusty picking the likes of Cotchin, Jack & Grigg (all good mates), plus De Goey (another mate) and some other rat pack types

I find it hard to believe clubs would be delighted giving a player control whether their guys play and which ones. I guess if they pick Kelly he could just pull up sore from training if we dont want him to.

Well it doesn't indicate that. The CBA doesn't mention AFLX but it does oblige the players to attend events and make themselves available to the broadcaster.
I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss. I was posting about the clubs wishest not the player anyway. Surprised you didn't pick up on that.

could rival the yearly ted whitten match for intensity. at least in that game though, i could pick a side to barrack for if i could be bothered watching even though it's mostly staged. this thing, i have no reason to get behind any team.
