Betts doesn't seem to be playing for his club as much. Perhaps the camp in the off season last year has affected him more than he's letting on.

It's easy to read too much into something like that.
Realistically, his form in the back end of last year was patchy, and he's getting to the point where he's struggling to find the ball the same way he used to. Also, Adelaide have been pretty bloody poor over the last six months, and they keep plonking it long on top of their forward's heads. That might work for Jenkins, but it won't for Betts.
Yep, when eddies at his best he gets 1 or 2 off good leads, defender then gets closer and then he loses them in a pack to kick a few more

I also reckon his body language is giving off that vibe too, but yeah maybe I'm reading too much into it.
