Why would Channel 7 do that on any of their channels? Like Fox at least have a dedicated cricket channel and Kayo as a streaming service can sustain it.

They used to show Shield Cricket on Channel 7 in Perth in the 90s

They used to put footy on a 3hr delay as well.

Just because they did it before is no reason to do it now.

I'm sort of flabbergasted the Final isn't on Saturday

Does that time slot clash with Kalgoorlie vs Victor Harbour in the AFLW?

Maybe they didnt want to go H2H with Australian open tennis womans final.

Throw in Barty making the final it would have been a ratings disaster for Channel 7 and cricket Australia.

Honestly felt that the final should have been Australia Day.

Prelim Sunday
Final Australia Day
