you're not bringing in a tall defender to replace Corr?

They have some height with Mihocek, Cox, Cameron when floats forward. Membrey isn't small either.

Corr doesn’t play like a tall - so no loss
More worried about their smalls
Chom on the yank
Pink on miochek
Lmac or ford on membrey

One of the 2 other teams I do watch because I like how they play. They play as a team, something I want us to play as.
Maybe we would play better if we only had to travel 4 times a year for 3 decades.

I hate Collingwood . Players, supporters, the self entitlement. But I also hate Hawthorn Carlton Essendon and Geelong
No. Collingwood are super brave. Do you know they once travelled to Adelaide for an away game?

Are Moore and Schultz still likely outs? Reckon we would've beaten them last year if they weren't playing, particularly Lachie.
Agree with the others that the McCreery, Hill and Elliott match-ups will be key. Bloody shame we don't have Arch available. Hardeman, Lmac, and FOS will have their work cut out.

If its just Howe and Frampton as their tall defenders, then keeping Moose in might have some merit. Getting him to play deep while Larkey and Darling draw their opponents up the field would make for some favourable mismatches.

Problem is if Curtis is ready to go we'd have to change some rotation structure to accommodate for both him and the mailman.

So Scott out for Curtis. Then Kerch and Powell play a little more wing time to compensate. Meaning LDU and the Warlord have more on-ball time than last week.

Do we tag Daicos like last time?

It's pretty insane arrogance for them to just toss around the idea of resting players given the unlikelihood that any Collingwood fan was overjoyed with their performance in any of their last three wins over us. Yes, they have more firepower this time. But I don't know if that means you just discount an opponent that strangely reserves decent quarters/halves for you.

Same arrogance as when they were posting 'LDU. Get him,' as if it was their divine right. Insufferable campaigners. They're lucky Carlton fans exist

If Curtis is fit he comes in for Duursma. The Maley set-up has been perfect for Zhurhaar and his defensive pressure for a big man is very good. Duursma can go put some pressure on in the VFL and play full games there. He is not a sub. If Duursma stays in he starts.
Ford comes in for Scott and goes to the bench. Scott has plateaued and needs to get some confidence back. He can fight those demons in the ressies. Get better at hitting targets and learn how to tackle effectively. Ford can play front or back and will make something happen when he comes on.
K. Dawson for Corr. Need a genuine big bastard for some of their talls. Can't have Pink giving 20cm to the yank. Realistically Corr will probably stay in.

I don't see Dawson coming in, most especially not as a true KPD.

Brody M is a perfect size for Pink. He’s 2 cm’s shorter than Toby.

Unless Phillips comes in then we wont have anyone in the side to tag Naicos with...

In: PC and Ford (sub)
Out: Scott and Zane

That’s it. We are doing a disservice for Bailey if we play him. Destroying his confidence. Put him and Durs back in the VFL and let them build some form over there 👍

Maybe Whitlock for Corr then he can line up on Cox when forward..

Speaking of "divine right" - when they chose to go after Houston, the comment from Leppitch on day 1 was we are confident, despite some other clubs still feeling like they were offering more to Port. Collingwood really do think if they want someone and have made salary cap room it's a done deal. The other clubs don't matter.

That’s what happens so - annoying as it is - they’re not wrong.

Bit of underrating Membrey in the discussion of defensive options.
