It’s not just the time on ground it’s whether he would be a liability when he is on the ground. Will his body allow him to jump, run at full tilt, bend down etc. 50% time on ground at 100% effort/impact is very different to 50% time on ground at 70% effort/impact.I totally get the whole underdone talk on Stef.. but is there that big of a difference between Stef playing 53% game time underdone and Young playing the same %?
I don't read a whole lot in to that, other than Tim is being prepped to take on a strong, more experienced ruckman, by sparring against a strong, more experienced ruckman.
Wash your mouth outI have a horrible feeling that we’ll end up going in with Tim solo….

Mark Rucciuto stating Bont has a corked calf more than a knee issue, that they checked his knee just to be sure.
Sounds like he has no clue to me but thought I would share
he definitely got stomped on there, right at the end of the game (by definitely i mean pretty sure, haven't watched the replay and was probably watching with my hands over my eyes by that stage of the game)
BeveridgeDefinitely but would be weird to send someone for scans on a knee if there was no issue with the knee and a clear corky. Also can’t remember if it was Bont or beveridge that said he had impact to the back of his knee
Probably just copying each other, trying for a scoop. Bevo said before the Elim that they should stop asking about Stef as he hadn't played enough football. But... you never know with Bevo. There has to be something in it a heap of journos running with him playing now
You can see Starcevich land on the back of Bont’s leg when it happened, driving the knee into the ground.Definitely but would be weird to send someone for scans on a knee if there was no issue with the knee and a clear corky. That's not an unreasonable take considering Naughtons second half of the season. Naughton at his very best is different, but we haven't seen that for a while. There are genuimely Port supporters who think Dixon is more impactful, takes more defenders with him and just all round better than Naughton.
Err what?

They're a smug bunch.Listening to too much of the 'DIXXXXXOONNNN' commentary any time he's within 10 metres of the ball.
