Lynch and Grigg for Martin and Reilly will do me just fine. Pets did more than enough to keep his spot.
Happy with those changes. Reilly hasn't been good so far this season and was comfortably our worst on ground today (at least until Brodie "Fumbles" Martin entered the fray in the 4th).

Crouch is young and will go back out soon, and petrenko just isn't in our best side
Crouch won't be dropped until/unless his form drops away. If he maintains the form he's shown in the last couple of weeks then he'll play a lot of games this year.

Pets isn't in our best side, but there's nobody in the SANFL who looks like pushing him out at present. He'll stay in the team until someone better returns from injury. Shouldn't be dropped next week based on today's performance.
Both pets and mackay seem to play well when we are smashing teams aswell
Crap. This was comfortably Mackay's best game since 2009. Neither he nor Pets have ever been regarded as downhill skiers.

Only changes really can be Lynch and Grigg to come in for Martin and probably Radar. I can't see Radar being dropped yet so all I can see happening is Lynch in for Martin and give Grigg another week.

Lynch kicked 10 against them last time so surely he has to come in off a great SANFL comeback.

All I know is GTFO Martin.

Hilarious everyone was pissed we were unchanged - now want to go next week unchanged (but for the late change)

It's not that simple. If we went in unchanged after last weeks debacle, then they're certainly not wielding the axe this week. Even Reilly will escape scrutiny courtesy of the scoreboard and nothing else.

In: Grigg, Lynch
Out: Martin, Reilly

I would assume that Grigg not playing today was pretty precautionary. Shouldn't need another week unless he's aggravated something. CEY in if Grigg doesn't come up.

Brodie Martin needs to be permanently shelved. It's embarrassing watching him at AFL level. Reilly is surplus to our needs with Smith, Laird and Jaensch playing well and Brown returning to some form today.

Lynch will add a lot to the half forward line with his tireless lead up play. Can also play in defense if required.

Lynch will definitely return - and Grigg should as well.

Martin was a "late in" and was truly awful, so it's very hard to see him retaining his position. Grigg was named in the team on Thursday and you'd have to expect him to return next week, assuming he's fit.

With two "ins" and Martin as the only obvious "out", Reilly is probably next on the chopping block - or it should be if form is any guide.

I expect we'll give Grigg another week to make sure he's 100%. So Martin out and lynch into the 22. Reilly maybe gets the vest.

This is a stretch, but depending on match-ups we could see truck 'rested' - Talia to Cameron, hartigan to Patton. This would almost guarantee Reilly in the 21 and maybe cey to the vest. Assuming Grigg gets another week to recover.

Grigg to play Reillys role of half back.
Saved me typing it.

Now I have been a Jaensch bagger and except for this season rightfully so. But I almost wet myself when Rowey and Wildy were brainstorming who would come out for Lynch and Grigg, their suggestion? Jaensch. Not Reilly but Jaensch. FFS. Morons.

For Grigg to be a late out he must have been close.

If it were me I'd be taking Martin and Reilly out for Lynch and Grigg.

I think Reilly will survive though and Lynch will come in for Martin. Sando isn't going to want to rock the boat too much after finally getting some goals on the board.

No doubt and I'd have Reilly out in a heartbeat if it was up to me. I just think sando will find it hard to drop players after a big win. It will be a lot easier for him to tell Grigg to have another week to get it 100%. Then after 2 weeks out and Reilly has 20 without a brain fade against gws, Grigg will come back via the 2's.

Makes me laugh that suddenly posters think selection will be tough. We played a terrible team

In:
Lynch
Grigg

Out:
Martin
Take your pick between petrenko, Reilly, crouch
Selection is getting tough because we are suddenly getting guys back from injury, pretty simple.

Grigg will come back in this week if fit, even Sando couldn't escape from how bad Reilly was today, and has been since returning from injury. Lynch is a monty.

Thought Matty Wright was a bit iffy today, seemed a bit flat and out of it...

Grigg and Lynch need to find there way in somewhere...

so what will the negative posters argument this week be for why Gws will beat us by 4-6 goals

we only beat a wooden spoon contender but wait leading into the today's game it was St kilda are playing better footy because their beat Melb and GWS.

I certainly hope the selectors see it the same way as you. But I'm half expecting to hear "we'll back the same 21 in to get the job done again this week". I look forward to being pleasantly surprised.

Lynch for Martin is change #1

If Grigg is fit and they can find an omission then he will come back.

Apparently the Big Mummy is no guarantee to come back next week which would be handy. I mean... we should beat them regardless (and fmdt) but he's a colossus and influences games massively.

Lynch in, Martin out.

Grigg for Petrenko/Reilly would be GOLD.

We can drop Reilly without affecting our structure because it looked as though Laird played up the ground today. Would give us a back 7 of Talia, Rutten, Hartigan, Jaensch, Smith, Brown, Laird.

I wouldn't complain if Dangerfield were given a rest. Clearly being troubled by the ankle injury he suffered a week or two ago.
