I've missed the last few games against the bulldogs and swans this year because I'm overseas.

How has Crouch been against Akermanis this year? -That is of course if Crouch wasn't out with an injury or Roos simply didn't man him up against Akermanis.

I'd love to see Akermanis have a tantrum like a few years ago. :D

I like Akermanis as a player and a personality, but nothing made me laugh so hard during a game than watching Akermanis slap Crouch on the back and getting totally owned by Crouch in every contest.

Is it still in our best interest to put Crouch on Akermanis? Or has Crouch lost his effectiveness on Akermanis ever since he sustained his injuries?

Aker's been tagging the opposition's small forward lately. Started against Cyril Rioli on Friday night, before being moved forward. He also played against Veszpremi when we last met in Manuka.

I'm all for the Crouch matchup though, looking forward to another Aker bitch slap. :D

Was Crouch playing at Manuka?

Don't know if you remember it, but I remember this one particular moment years back (I think it was the same bitch slap game) when Crouch and Aker were running for the ball towards the boundary line... Crouch trapped the ball and Aker was charging him down with a look of rage in his eyes, foaming at the mouth, then Crouch stepped around him and Aker fell flat on his @ss. Killed myself laughing. Although I may have exaggerated those facts with my bias memory. One of my favourite games involving Aker. :D

Yes Crouchy was playing in Canberra, in fact it was his return game. There were a few articles about a possible 'rematch' between the two but it didn't materialise after Rocket chucked Aker down back.

What a party pooper Eade is.

Hopefully Roos makes Crouch follows Aker like a bad smell this time.

If Aker knows whats good for him he'll hide in the back pocket again. And if Cooney knows whats good for him he'll pay some respect to McVeigh this time. In all honesty though.... the dogs, despite recent poor form are a better team and deserve victoy more than we do. I'm just glad we gave the pathetic nth supporters their comeuppance tonight.

With Aker playing down back lately I doubt this match up will happen. Might be another important tag for Crouchy who did a great job last night on Harvey.

Of all the players that most Swan supporters were declaring "GONE" he has shown since getting back in the squad that he still has a lot to give and shutting the mouths of some of us doubters.
