Was just coming here to say that. How has he made county runs? That backlift is atrocious.

Tenacity and mental strength to cash in counts for a fair bit at domestic level. But opens up serious questions at test level until he finds the confidence in his own mindset.

Woakes actually has a higher Test batting average than Moeen.

Little bit of moisture in the pitch but basically Tim Murtagh is bowling extremely well at his home ground, well supported by Mark Adair, against a very brittle England top order.
 
Not watching it, but it seems like Australia-style carnage.
