Autopsy flogged by hawks, back to game over at half time times

Yeah. Duursma over Caddy was a mistake. Should've reached. I'm neither here nor there on McDonald. His best attribute is out-the-back goals. Centrelink Larkey
I was probably keener on Curtin at the time. So who knows really.
We’ve been unlucky in that the real good ones have been unavailable to us, except Cadman, but we did that deal too. Shanahan looks bloody good tonight BTW.

You are right, and I turned off the game early in the 3rd quarter because I didn't want to be in a bad mood with people coming, but I disagree with Davies-Uniacke. You're right the midfield got belted but so did he, in the same way again. We could play Hawthorn in 6 weeks and we'd still get beaten the same way. It's work rate. We have too many lazy players and he's one of the main culprits. He looks a million dollars when he get's on the end of one but other than that he may as well not even be there. As a leader in particularly financially, he's pretty underwhelming. He's not alone, but it is noticeable. Can't be fitness levels, he's had nearly 10 years in the system.
So I’m not he only one who sees it. Oh look what a gun he is they say.. when he does some flashy shit. He should have ****ed off to a contender. A team that can afford to carry him. He is conditional, lazy and a ****ing campaigner of a kick. End of..

So, last week, the narrative was “The Kangaroos are making great progress. It’s never linear, you’re going to have your bad games when you’re a young team”. This week, when North have a bad game, “Shameful display by the Kangaroos”. We suck it all up and amplify it on here, while supposedly hating the AFL media.

I was prepared to stomach a loss, but this was very, very bad. Like, FFS guys. Come on.

Couldn’t agree more. Theres posters that flood onto this forum to give themselves a pat on the back because something negative they’ve had to say about the club or a player has come to fruition. They’ve lost sight of what it means to be a “supporter” and are instead stuck in egotistical circle jerk where the most important thing is being right.

Wardlaw was subbed off in the second quarter after he was hit be a legal Conor Nash bump.

I think if you scone someone the bump can’t be legal. Not sure if you also do the hit after the whistle has blown for a free. Or if your shoulder hits them in the head and they are subbed off with concussion.

The problem is that Wardlaw initiated the contact, not Nash.

Didn’t think we would win but wouldn’t be surprised if there was a bit of Flu or something going through the club

No idea why but we ****ing struggle at grounds that aren’t Marvel/the MCG. Bunbury, SA, Hobart, Launceston

Thank goodness I watched on delay, lots of fast forwarding of replays etc. Just horrible, but the worse bit? How normal it felt. Joke of a club, worried what it means for the handful of us that will be dumb enough to turn up Thursday - whats wrong with us? haha.

Was tragic how similar the seconds and seniors were, just flogged in the same way.

I’m personally not convinced we have had harder training sessions. That’s the problem with our application. Training standards must be for the tip.

He meant that Hawthorn have had tougher training sessions than the contest we provided today.

While I agree there is one prolific poster who does what you describe, he's genuinely the only one I see doing this kind of thing.

The problem is that objective criticism is taken by some on here to be unreasonable and almost blasphemous.

in the end glad I wasn't able to watch the game, half expected this sort of result and now really worried for Thursday night, I don't think it erases our last 2 months but we clearly still have a long way to go... on the plus side Larkey kicked 5, always love it when he gets up for a bag no matter the situation

Ok ladies and gentlemen. I need to know your thoughts. Are we actually improving or we’re just a delusional supporter base hoping that the odd win (against very ordinary opposition) is a sign of improvement?

Our mentality is so pathetic we will never be able to compete with the big boys

There’s much learning and recruiting that needs to be done with this team.
But that’s not what made me absolutely livid with this game……
Yes we bang on about umpiring and how different teams get certain results…….but f*#&#&$ me did l blow my stack when this (below ) was deemed a free kick……and was when l switched off and just listened on radio whilst working on a project…
And no lm still &&$## about this moment that seemed to kick off a series of unforgettable episodes.
I think I’ll take a breeze till morning …for my own sanity.

We were pus (especially the entire midfield and the backline) but **** me the umpiring was terrible.

Also why didn't that ****stick Watson leave the ground on a stretcher after 30 seconds? Little dog campaigner.

Despite what we served up today yes we are improving. There are a lot of very average teams in the AFL and we’re one of them. What today showed was just how far we’re off the top 6 in the competition. We’re in a better place than last year but there’s still lots of work to be done

Sorry for the intrusion guys, just wondering if there’s an update on George? He’s had a few concussions already in his career, it’ll get into worry territory soon which is a shame, he’s a fantastic player to watch.

Also don’t be too down on the loss, I can almost guarantee you’ll beat us when we finally get to play you.
