Mid season 2018, rumours surface that Stringer has been bullying young tall Bombers forward Daniher, who mysteriously stands down due to depression.

Stringer has a number of minor injuries which should have resolved if proper rehab was undertaken.

Come season's end, there are more rumours that Stringer's exit interview with the Bomber's coach has gone badly.
