Twinkle Toes is starting at half-back.

The captain is a failed forward and now the GOAT has been banished behind the ball. Pretty embarrassing for Little Nicki.

But I expect him to play well considering it's the easiest position on the ground.

Providing he is fed by the whole team, and doesn't have any oppo attention, and no opponents get between him and the Sherrin. If all that occurs, then he will be the best around according to Fadge. :tearsofjoy:

Likely to happen, Brisbane don't tag players outside of sending Dunkley/Lyons to them at stoppages

Yep wouldn't have anything to do with Nikos thinking discretion was the better part of valour about 35 times last week. :)
McRae is rightly putting the onus on bigger bodied, more experienced midfielders to actually crack in this week and release it to the few skilled players they have.

Much like Yze is hiding Martin outside of midfield this year as he's better used roaming the forward flank space.

Nick, when it is your turn to go so you have to go.....as far away from the contest as you can get. :tearsofjoy:

3 games into the season despite training as a mid all pre season?

So it’s apparent that he may not be cut out to be a starting mid?

Something that posters have been pointing out in this thread as evidence of why he isn’t a goat contender

Agree. Let the s**t trucks feed it to the Ferrari.
