Question: Ken, you’ve had 11 years with 3 major list overhauls and countless assistant coaches.

Followed up by: Ken, how does it feel being the least successful coach in AFL/VFL history at one club?

Ken, you often talk about issues with 'executing'. This is extremely general. Our win / loss record over the last season and a bit dictates that according to you, our players are unable to execute your game plan more often than not. Can you speak specifically about what elements the players are unable to execute and if they are consistently unable to execute, why you continue to select them?

Can you describe what you believe your game day responsibilities are?

Often in big games, our players come out looking flat. What is your role in ensuring players are ready to fire?

Ken, Tom Jonas and Darcy Byrne-Jones are both chronically out of form. When will they be dropped from the team let alone from their leadership roles?

Why was Sam Hayes really cast into oblivion, never to be spoken of again, after playing in 5 wins in his first 7 games?

How have you got it so wrong with your judgement of Brynn Teakle, and previously Sam Skinner?
