A fresh tigger side will run rampant and destroy the pies.

And it’ll be fantastic to witness...along with plenty of shots of a seething, red faced Ed in the stands still penciling in his goals in the record even though the game is over.

Eat those ####ers alive.

The thing about a West Coast-Collingwood GF is that, on one hand I feel both clubs have had a respectful enough rivalry of thrillers for some time now. Keen football observers, club fans and neutrals, will look forward to it based on precedence. Call us the romantics.

On the other hand, a GF between those two supporter bases won't end well. The media will try to ramp it up into something ravenous and nuclear. The complexion of that match up (two big clubs, two popularly maligned clubs) would be used against it, and the worst of the worst from both supporter bases will be loudest. It will turn feral.

Of course, when Richmond is the alternative there will be a bit of that anyway.

I've never hated Collingwood like I was 'supposed to'.
They got themselves out of debt through hard work and done a great job to get where they are.
I'm obviously not a neutral though.
