Would’ve said that this was a great game at half time, but the second half was too woeful to ignore.

Kids fade out, but no reason for senior players that have been in the game for 7+ years to do so. This has become a pattern now. Port Adelaide, St Kilda, and now Fremantle. Collingwood in the preseason. Even our performance in the first half against Brisbane was underwhelming.

Getting tired of this. Now we have Gold Coast, who will probably destroy us.

This is expected from a young team, but it doesn’t make it any better to watch tbh.

Also, something has to be done about our midfield mix. I don’t care if that’s our most experienced part of the ground, change it up. We’re getting smacked every week there. Do something new Yze. Smillie in please. If McAuliffe is available, then put him straight in. May as well if we’re going to get smashed either way

The older players let us down a lot. Taranto, Hopper and Ross might get the ball a lot but they just don't hurt the oppo. And they have no speed. Short has been a receiver and a dud kick for years now. Need some greater presence up forward to help Lynch. The young guys are too young and Bauer jumps high but hardly ever marks the ball even if he's alone. Pretty pathetic performance overall. And, as usual, Dow in the middle is a waste of space.

How did we do?

First half good, second half putrid.

What pivves me off is the lack of intent to impact the contest. To many just coasting, either they don't want body contact or just cooked due to the heat. That second half in and around the contests we were always second to the ball, so frustrating.

That was the worst game by Campbell - no tackling defensive pressure like Sonzie. How does Dow get a game. Brown was okay but he doesn’t tackle either. Green. Not sure. Has pace so he stays in. Bauer as sub is stupid. Ross. It might be time for a cold swim to wake him up. Most players were good. McAuliffe must come in.

Yeah pretty disappointing by Campbell this time around. Hopefully just a one off

This game was 10 times better than St Kilda. We were pretty good in the first half in this game
