Really happy we seem to have taken the next step this year and worked hard on our footskills. We have just outclassed our 2 opponents this year, maybe we are a flag chance? Although losing Huntington will really hurt.. Will we ever have any luck with injuries?

Umpiring dead set cost us a percentage boosting win too I reckon.

2 ACL’s in the first 2 games, shocking luck :( just have to hope it’s not an omen for us, unless it’s the complete opposite for the AFL side for a change & we actually get a good run

Scores?

You’re going to see a lot more knee injuries in the aflw, women are four times more likely to do an acl due the angle of the femur.

ACL injuries in AFLW is a real issue. The stats and amount of injuries are very concerning. I understand not much can be done about it but the AFL is making sure this issue is not getting highlighted in mainstream media.

Another ACL? That is seriously ****** up. 2 in 2 weeks. In a 7 week season. That is the equivalent of 6 ACL's in a men's season.
The AFL ,instead of all this focus on zones and scoring should be investigating why there has been 3 ACL's in 2 rounds.

Feel awful for Huntington. Doing an ACL is one thing, doing an ACL after kicking two goals in two minutes after the first 20 minutes of the game had no goals and after you've just shown the world why you've been taken with the first pick.

On the other hand, the win, 2 from 2, being the first team to defeat Brisbane in any of the 9 home and away games they've played, we're primed for a top 2 finish and to head toward the Grand Final. Especially if we beat Adelaide away, in a packed Norwood with over 10,000 people, that'll be amazing.
