De Koning is going to be a handful. Don’t think we have a good match up for this kid.
Tdk is a hype player atm, looks flashy and amazing but hasn’t kicked a goal this year, average 7 touches, 2 marks and 10 hit outs a game. I’m much more worried about McKay as we generally get torched by by the big strong forwards

Why are people saying things regarding Chad being a late out?

From what i know, trained fully and unless he wakes up Sunday morning tight in the hammy, he'll play.

Got any footage?

From Sam's presser he said that Wingard trained earlier in the week and would train that day, if he got through training he'd play.
🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞
I prefer the midfield version of Wingard, but the FP is pretty handy as well.

He's probs missed too much pre-season to play midfield any time soon so resting him a week won't help.

If he's fit, I'd rather him play deep forward & hope he snags his 2* & puts on some forward pressure.

*is snagging 6+ too much to ask?

Agreed. It’s amazing how the quicker ball movement immediately makes a difference to his performance.

2 goals average per game and him not looking anywhere near his best yet is a good sign that better things will come for Chad.

I still think it’s a good team. No BB means less link up marking which puts pressure on other talls to clunk. I would have brought in another tall like Callow and drop Finn for Day personally but that’s me

He's underdone isn't he - outside of a couple of quarters in the opening games he's been underwhelming IMO. But he's Chad, assume he'll come good at some point.
