I'm just wondering why Essendon supporters are so pessimistic about this game?

I've seen some good signs from the Bombers this year, and I'm not 100% convinced about the Lions.

But for some reason every Bombers supporter I know is giving your team no chance?

Basically our entire backline is out, our best clearance mid is out, we’ve played the top 6 in consecutive weeks and we’ve had to travel for the second week in a row off a 6 day break

Brisbane can still have those games where they go in thinking easy victory and we jump them. That's our only chance.

They've won 5 in a row so it could happen tonight.

Clear mismatches down back if your guys play it right. 'No chance' is wrong but everything would need to go right is the prevailing sentiment.
