No luck? You are long odds to win this game so I'd be thankful with a draw.
We won't mention Handscomb and his hissy fit early in the Shield season, or the terrible batting throughout. Victoria just haven't been good enough.
2 of those wickets are Stanlake and Doggett. Neither know which end of the bat to hold, and Gannon and Bartlett aren't exactly good. Don't get me started on Jimmy, who knows what we will get from him.
And still getting points for the abandoned match. Shouldn't get anything if you're ground staff fail to produce an adequate pitch.

It seems to be a bit of a trend in the Shield these days. Granted the umpiring is generally rubbish but if you get a close LBW call go against you then accept it and get out of there.
Back leg, even the QLD supporters thought it was out!

It would have been out if the stumps were about 150cm high. But they are only about 70cm.

Victoria seem to have the wood over them in recent years and they keep capitulating as they did last week. I think they’d be a lot happier playing QLD or WA
