Great post, agree 100%It's the brain that tells you to run. We know they are fit, the will is not there. As I wrote in another thread somewhere, players were receiving the ball, and for a split second were motionless as if deciding what to do. This I witnessed several times by several players and have done since round 1. Of course by then they would be set upon/tackled. In 2014, players would already be in motion before they received the ball, because they knew what they were doing, they were drilled. It doesn't take rocket science to work out this is between the ears. And to affect the whole group, means the problem lies at the top

Lol I knew that...I was making reference to Kern's stubbornness with regard to the faith he has in his players and their ability to perform.
As for when they started to redline - 2015 preseason. Tried to cram X amount of training into Y amount of recovery time and it backfired. Now the players equate running hard to pain and failure instead of success.
