Since Melbourne moved on from the Danniher/Bailey/Neeld era of ineptitude and into the Roos/Goodwin era of plucky ineptitude we have copped some all time performances from some severely average forwards. Examples below:

Dean Kent with 4.2 and Jack the forgotten one Watts with a bag of 3 from 2016

And then in 2017 Jeffy Garlett bobbed up with 3.2 in a fitting performance he failed to replicate the following round by going goalless and not even registering a score against GWS. He played us again the following year when they broke the streak and kicked 3.1 that day. The following round? 1 behind against Hawthorn.

Don Tyson with 30 touches in that second game! No wonder we added him to our permanently injured list.

TennisPlayerAndy remembers all too well who put us to the sword the day they broke the streak. I just had another look at the stats however and am changing my nomination to Harmes. He should be Kerridge royalty 😳 Averages 28 touches against us 😂😂😂

The Slot is actually a pretty good player I reckon, despite the witch burning stuff.
Yeah, he is better than a few of their squad. I didn't think he was worth a real nomination. But it was good for a laugh.
