Son of Skeletor How's the frustration of Ball? Two different players in 24 hours.
The Portland Trail Blazers are likely to part ways with Terry Stotts this offseason unless the team goes on an impressive run in the playoffs, according to a source who spoke with The Athletic.
Stotts has one season remaining on his contract.
Sources also tell The Athletic that Stotts has less player support than he had in the past.
If the Blazers make a coaching change, they're expected to consider Lakers assistant Jason Kidd, Hawks interim coach Nate McMillan, 76ers assistant Dave Joerger, Clippers assistant Chauncey Billups and Spurs vice president of basketball operations Brent Barry.
The Blazers prefer a high profile coach to replace Stotts should they move on from him.
High profile? Nathan Buckley maybe?
Would be perfect for the Knicks, but at 25 mill a year it’s crazy moneyHas had a good season overall, so I'm not going to complain about one poor shooting game. It's much better than the weeks of poor shooting he endured last season.
In the last two weeks he's had a game where he scored 24, an 18/9/7 game, a 16/12/12 game, a 33/11/8 game and of course the 33 he scored yesterday.
In the bigger picture he has knocked down 162 treys in 52 games at nearly 38% and has the second best on/off split on the team behind Zion, so lots to recommend him going forward.
There are still things to work on undoubtedly. His dribble penetration is still below average, which makes his long term future as a lead guard problematic. His defence is decent, but could probably improve further. But on the basis of his play this season he's absolutely a viable starter on a good team.
Just hope for our sake that doesn't mean a $100 million contract.

I thought he has had a crazy good year on a very ordinary team

All the wizards need is some decent shooters and they'll definitely be a top 7 team in the East.Another triple double to Westbrook.
His hands were all over the basketball like a ____________________________
They're not horrible. Still years away from playoff contention IMO. Lacking some key piecesThe Wolves really aren't that bad when KAT, Edwards and DLO play.
