Ascot R1 - Queen Of Soul $4.60 recent trial was eye catching and in a good time. Must admit, I don't like backing 1st uppers, they usually let me down.
R2 - Had a speculative e/w bet on Amber Mamba $61/$15 (yesterday). Ran a solid 2nd to QOS in that same trial. That seemed over the odds. Now into $27 / $5.50.
R5 Carlton Castle - tough run last start but still made good ground. This is a tough race though. $4.60
