Navy blue is not our colour. It’s embarrassing, it’s Carlton’s.

Didn't we used to play in dark blue back in the day?

Yes, we wore navy blue between 1909 and 1924 after we merged with West Melbourne. Changed back to royal blue with the white V when entering the VFL then went back to our traditional colour/design.

I like the new look, I am not as anal about having the club be a one colour/pattern club, I think different colours and patterns make it interesting. I think our 2016 indigenous jumper was more navy blue than royal blue.

As long as we don't wear brown, there are limits...
