Yes that could happen mate. I think you'll be found out next year as being one season wonders.Yes - bottom 8
I personally didn't. I knew he wasn't very good from day 1.Grundy's a superstar. So good you blew a year of your window because you thought he'd win a flag![]()

So anything less than another flag is failure in your eyes - all good mate.Yes that could happen mate. I think you'll be found out next year as being one season wonders.![]()
You haven't won back to back flags since 1936 though. So anything less than another flag is failure in your eyes - all good mate.
But remember we were predicted to be “one season wonders” in 2022.
He's a spud. Not even afl standard imo. Sydney will find that out. Horrendous defensively. And terrible skills and decision making. His whiteout work is also deplorable. He can't jump.Grundy is very good he’s just not as good as Gawn. He’d still be at Collingwood if some clown didn’t sign him to a ridiculous contract.
How does History have any relevance? You haven't won back to back flags since 1936 though.![]()
So now that the Pies are equal on flags, and won more of any other metric you can think, making it the most successful club of the competition, the discussion now turns to 'when was the last back to back'?You haven't won back to back flags since 1936 though.![]()
Well it's us, you guys and the Bombers that are level on 16 flags each. Whoever get's to 17 flags first gets to claim the ultimate bragging rights imo.So now that the Pies are equal on flags, and won more of any other metric you can think, making it the most successful club of the competition, the discussion now turns to 'when was the last back to back'?
Meh, clutch at your straws.
Pendlebury is still there. How does History have any relevance?
Which Coaches, Players or Administrators are still at the Club to make your point about 1936 logical?
Not really. Whichever team it is will get ridiculed that some of their flags aren't legit by the other 2 clubs because that's what we doWell it's us, you guys and the Bombers that are level on 16 flags each. Whoever get's to 17 flags first gets to claim the ultimate bragging rights imo.
No if you get that 17th flag then i'll have to doff my cap to my superiors unfortunately! Hopefully such a horrible scenario doesn't come to pass! Not really. Whichever team it is will get ridiculed that some of their flags aren't legit by the other 2 clubs because that's what we do
Well we can safely say it wont be Essendon. No if you get that 17th flag then i'll have to doff my cap to my superiors unfortunately! Hopefully such a horrible scenario doesn't come to pass!![]()
We're all eagerly looking forward to that 20 years without an Essendon finals win party.Well we can safely say it wont be Essendon.![]()
So what's the importance of bringing up back to back flags? Is that the next level measure of success, so you can claim it coz the blues have done it more recently? Even though the bombers are more recent than the blues, so wouldn't be using that.Well it's us, you guys and the Bombers that are level on 16 flags each. I'll bump this next year when Grundy is spudding it up with Sydney. He's cooked. And has been for years. he was poor when Gawn was out.Grundy is very good he’s just not as good as Gawn. He’d still be at Collingwood if some clown didn’t sign him to a ridiculous contract.
Winning the flag is only small consolation for losing the critical rd 20 match upRound 20... FMD.

being gifted a flag isn't "winning" a flag ...4sure you get a Bradbury win with an * and a cup ...probably made out of cheap aluminium to mark the occasion of falling over the line against 'Brisbane' at the G - after an ump made the worst call of the year in your favour- but hey - keep chest puffing and enjoy! I got laugh as much as I did when Milne's shot did a 90degree turn back in 2010 to get another Collingwood type flukey win..
LOL@ Collingwood's supporters on here making out like it was a legit "win"...or flag.
