Analysis With so many clubs in jeopardy during the coronavirus, is it time for WA to bail out VIC again?

Unless there are only 2 teams from every state there will never be equal travel so are you proposing a 8-10 team super league or something?
See you guys are so blinded by the normality that is Vic bias you have no other thoughts...see in WA we have been getting one AFL game for ever. This would change, Richmond would have to play Collingwood in Perth or Adelaide and before you go nuts think how this could be for boys weekends and getting out of Victoria for a change to see your team play? as for the Saints playing Norths the crowd would be not very different.

Funny how other Perth sporting teams don’t whinge about the travel as much as you guys do. Anyway you have a very creative mind but it ain’t happening

maybe you should do some research first about how much money the Eagles have contributed to WA footy

Well I did that and yet 5 or 6 of the 8 wafl clubs are in all sorts?!? West Perth and even on the wafl board east freo supporters are getting worried about long term survival. Subi (living off seat and bar arrangement take from Subi oval) and Claremont (rich knob supporters) seem to be doing ok?

North are doing just fine, but thanks for the shout out.

You are? You have the smallest revenues in the competition apart from GC. You have the smallest membership numbers in Victoria. How are you doing just fine? If you are fine, then no club has to worry.

Yeah that will be for the old AFL1, the new super league will be a lot fairer with the highest placed team getting the home ground and all teams travel the same.

Who will you be supporting in this new league?

After all, your club wont be in it. (at least, not in any recognisable form)

The WA Government built and own the new stadium..not WCE
No s**t. And as being the major tenants they have a VERY good deal in terms of revenue with crowds. Better then any 17 other clubs could dream because no matter what they can draw 50k bums on seats no matter who they play

Maybe if 17 other clubs could draw 50k bums on seats no matter who they play they would get a comparable deal.

Do you ever actually contribute to threads? Or just troll them all?

Considering this whole thread is just a troll, I'm not sure what your point is.

I have no problem with West Coast cash reserves being used to guarantee the WAFC or WAFL, hell even Freo, but not a cent should be used to bail out the east.

Gil wasn’t so “we are all in it together” when in a sheer act of bastardy and without consulting the interstate clubs, he locked the GF away at the MCG for even longer.

So unless he comes begging and agree to share the GF with interstate clubs as evidence of how we are all in it together, GAGF.

"Can you use some of your savings to bail out povo Victorian teams? In return we will give you nothing."

What a deal.

Well there you go then.

How about you worry about your side of the country, and let the grown ups talk in peace and quiet.

When North come to you with cap in hand, then you get to tell us to * off, til then, * off.

Can not complain about travel at the moment, so went and dug into the archives, dusted this old chesnut of and took it for a spin.

The inferiority complex west of the Nullabor is a sight to behold. The need for universal aclaim as the modern messiah for football is a bit pathetic really.
