Young girl allegedly insulted by St Kilda player.

It's not tripe Jeff. St.Kilda players for 8 years have kept finding themselves in dicey situations with young women. It has been fairly constant and in my talks with many female AFL supporters the general opinion on St.Kilda as a brand hs been less than positive.

With respect, I think Saints fans are in denial at how much these instances have hurt their image, especially among females.

Any hint of a scandal involving St Kilda and females gets pounced on by the media and trumpeted across newspapers and tv channels regardless of facts. It doesn't necessarily mean our players are any worse than the players of other clubs, they just happen to play for a club that gets greater media scrutiny than a lot of other clubs.

Collingwood players were involved with Kim Duthie as well but no one heard about that, it was all about St Kilda, she was even labelled the St Kilda schoolgirl FFS despite not being a member of the St Kilda football club.

If this woman was trying to get photos of the Western Bulldogs players and made the same complaint it probably wouldn't have been a story at all. The same thing happens to St Kilda players and media scumbags like Hinch go "you beauty another Saints sex scandal lets run with this".
