As long as GWS don't fall away, top 4 will most likely come down to Crows v Pies at AO. Geelong are a lock and Westcoast should win enough at home. 5 don't go into 4. We might fluke 8th and set up another of those 'dream final' things.

Pretty sure there's no such thing as an 'away showdown' if it's a final. Ticket distribution percentage would be based on membership numbers.

Just saw the champion data table in the paper and saw that Rielly O'Brien got 181 super coach points. WTF did he do to get a peak Gary Ablest Jnr type rating? Gazza got a few 200''s so that's a top 5 or 10 Gazza rating score. OK he got 54 taps and 22 were to advantage, 40% is good but it's Gawn and Grundy type HOA stats, but is that all it was? B Crouch got it 43 times and scored 129 pts.

Adelaide are yet to get enough convincing wins. Let's look at who they've beaten

- A pretty average Sydney side
- A young Gold Coast side (To be fair they were in good form early on)
- A captainless and young St Kilda side
- Freo which was a decent win, but only because Freo couldn't score to save their lives
- An injury struck Port Adelaide without its captains and it's key forward.
- A piss weak Melbourne with loathful scoring efficiency
- GWS was probably their most convincing win, pretty bad umpiring in the Crows favour but otherwise, it was mostly earned.
- And of course, a half-assed VFL Richmond team.

I still think our win against WCE at their own turf was far more impressive then Adelaide beating GWS at a home game.
We win this week and we're essentially on par with the Crows quality wise IMO, but we're yet to play with a full strength list so we might potentially be better at our peak.

Melbourne don’t miss easy goals they win, GWS didn’t turn up and only lost because of the umps.

And who knows, send Howard forward earlier and maybe we win that game. The only time we looked dangerous up forward was when that happened, it looked like game oven then after Howard goes forward we got back to within 2 goals.

So 22 HOA would score similar to 22 goals x 6 pts = 132 of 181 pts?

GWS were missing several starters, and are a complete enigma away from home.

How does time inside forward 50 and repeat forward 50 entries score in Dream Team and/or Super Coach? If they rate up there with goals it could be the game for Kenny.

There are 2 div7 ruckman (200cm tall) who would have played better for the tiges last night.

OK decided to check this out because couldn't believe that if you kicked 20 goals you would get the same as 20 HOA.

AFL fantasy system is simple 3 pts kick, 2 HB, 1 for a HO and 6 for a goal with nothing extra for a HOA.

So HOA = 5pts, HO = 0 pts, Goal = 8 pts, Effective kick = 4 pts, Effective HB = 1.5 pts

So 54 HO with 22 HOA gets you 110 pts.

22 goals would get you 22x (8+4)pts = 264 pts.

That makes sense. So O'Brien then scored the other 71 pts from his 19 disposals at 89% efficiency and other things he did.

So Champion Data set up the system for fantasy points, then dream team points, and then have written their mystery algorithm to get their Player Ranking points. From last night's game you get a pretty diverse results.
