Am I the only one who thinks Sam Curran is a bit of a gun? He looks about 12 but has shown plenty in his short Test career to date.

I wouldn't say gun exactly but there is plenty to work with there.

Sam Curran has done well in his brief career but I do think he's gotten by on opposition bowlers taking the foot off by the time he gets to the crease. It was a bit like us in 2015 when Moeen kept scoring runs against us.

If we bowl like we did last week I doubt his cameos will be too frequent and his bowling is pedestrian as long as we get through the new ball. Now doing that could be a challenge but we just have to hope the top 3 can see off most of it and protect our middle order of Smith/Head/Wade who appear to be in better form.
