The undefeated Dees come to Adelaide and instigate a flood for 3 quarters and don't score. They change it up at 3/4 time and play proper numbers at the contest and a forward line and they look a million bucks. Bizarre.

Her handlings been worseGores kicking terrible today
Think she has given it a good crack todayBiddle has been excellent
They applied massive pressure for 3 quarters. Can forgive them for dropping off.Look cooked can’t get to multiple contests
Yup. 1:44 left and Melbourne need 4 goals to win, but they're still in with a chance...Soders still talking up Melbourne as a chance...
I feared for her life when Sarah Allan was chasing her down. Luckily, Allan dispossessed her cleanly.McNamara from Melbourne looks about 14
He reckoned they only needed three goals. They were 20 points down.Yup. 1:44 left and Melbourne need 4 goals to win, but they're still in with a chance...
Clean contest. Umpires just pay frees when women get hurt. That's not a free. Ridiculous
Crows prefer the contested game over a free running one. This Crows team is hardly 2000 Essendon yet I don’t know why a collective of Opposition coaches seem to be implementing Terry Wallace-esque floods against them now week after week.
Funny though because we look so dangerous when we are allowed to move the ball quickly by foot.Crows prefer the contested game over a free running one.
but against Melbourne, they have really fast runners and prefer the bigger ground with space. Plus, not sure our average kicking efficiency would help. Marinoff is fantastic in a contest and has quick disposal out of one. Hatchard has the big body for contests. Same with Phillips. I don't think we'd match it with teams that had more space to run and carry.Funny though because we look so dangerous when we are allowed to move the ball quickly by foot.

One of the main reason I do feel teams get sucked into this style against the Crows is they’ve seen the improvement in running ability and use of the wings with Jones and Thompson, Brisbane got caught out trying to play on transition in the 2nd half and so did North in the 1st half a couple of weeks ago, since then North, WCE and Melbourne have just tried to slow down the ball movement and turn it into an arm wrestle so they don’t get caught out on transition which just turns it into a style the Crows have traditionally wanted to play over their entire history.Funny though because we look so dangerous when we are allowed to move the ball quickly by foot.
