Steele was a positive. Looks very handy. Had 3 shots on goal in a low scoring affair for us

midfield and forward line just didn’t fire

Can easily see what we saw in him to rate him highly. Runs hard both ways, gets in dangerous positions, pretty good decision-maker and racks up the footy a decent amount.

Those stats flatter DeMattia and Grey. 42.3% disposal efficiency and 47.8% respectively. ZERO score involvements for both!

DeMattia is miles off it at VFL, let alone AFL.

Really poor standard of footy. FUMBLE, FALL OVER, DUMP KICK, HANDBALL TO STATIONARY TARGET and REPEAT.

Steele was clearly a level above all of those players. His decision making, composure and skill execution stood out!

Tough game to watch but one I couldn't stop watching.

The 2 mid season draftees were not that impressive but no one really impressed in those conditions apart from Laurie (Casey Demons).

Good to see Trac at the game checking out some of his new team mates.
