The highlight to me was seeing the surprise and delight of Hopps when he kicked that goal.

Hopper 27 disposals and a super important goal... he did his job!

The goal was great, but what impact did he have with those disposals you talk about?
He would be close to having zero game impact. in other words, he would struggle to break even.
Diving on the ball and smashing out a handball in hope is not a useful disposal, yeah it looks great on paper.

Dont hate the guy- he tries his guts out every week- that i give him credit for. he is just not a good mid in todays game.

And if you read into YZEs presser, he is lchomping at the bit for good ball users.

Agree 100%. Elite passage of play by Hotton and one I’m sure will be highlighted when reviewing the game.

The kids we got are clean at ground level. Lalor, Hotton, Trainor. Faull is clunking a few. Armstrong looks the goods and Sims is competing way out of his weight division as well. Hopefully Smillie can get a run at it in the vfl shortly as well.
