This runner rule is going to kill teams that lack on-field leadership like Carlton.

Works for team sports like NFL, Basketball etc because the playing area is so small and you can just yell out to someone.

It's almost like they've forgotten they're basically playing on the biggest ground of any sport... It seriously kills the ability for coaching to make a difference in many situations
