ANZ (No Sydney at SCG is a bonus).
Play Stkilda, Brisbane, GWS, Sydney and Essendon Twice.
6 road trips but none back to back.
Round 23 we are in Sydney.
Bye Round 8.
And also our first 7 games before the bye are all on FTA.

Port are better at the G IMO. They really play awful at Etihad.

Holy crap. This is better than a dream. 3 of the bottom 6 twice? I thought that was supposed to impossible due to where we finished? Wasn't only 1-2?
Did someone sacrifice their first born for this draw?
What a ripper, the only challenging team we play twice is Sydney and one is at the G where we haven't lost to them since 2007 and the return bout is at the spacious ANZ, no postage stamp
A tonne of injuries aside, we should be disappointed with anything less than top 6.
Also Gold Coast up there in rd 1 isn't too bad, we get the two weeks break to recover so it almost cancels out the worst trip in our draw entirely

Perfect time for the GWS game too. Allows us to know what type of % we need to lift to leap frog a few teams ahead of us. Spewing that even though we play a exciting brand of footy and draw huge crowds, we still get minimal Friday night games

true, but we get a lot of FTA games this year. Our brand will be exposed a lot more to the masses this season than previous seasons.

Final game before finals at ANZ -_-. Ground better be up to scratch at not cause as many injuries as last year

Those comments by Jack the other day in the paper about not liking the idea of a Sunday night fixture because it will screw up player preparation make sense now, we play North on a Sunday night, he'd obviously seen the fixture, saw we'd been put into a new time slot and commented on it. I believe the clubs get a draft fixture about a week before official release.
