Systems develop the player. So many QBs just flame out, when they could have been solid with the right players around them. Not everyone can be a Mahomes, but when you have a great system, with complementary players, it sure allows them to develop.

Many many problems can be solved with maths but they work in absolutes and what the analysts miss is the unpredictable human factor....these guys want to boil everything down to predictable outcomes based on defined criteria....I hope sport never becomes that.

From my experience there is a flowering cherry tree (a key sales feature) for each customer. Most salespeople never find ask enough questions to find it OR don’t know their product well enough to match the key feature to the customer.

Not a problem most of our field sales team are lucky to put in 10 hours of work these days under WFH.
