Huskies have woken up, Michigan gone to sleep.

That play call on the 4th and 3 where Michigan went for it was a poor call. The targeted player was pre planned all along. All the other WRs half assed short routes and stopped moving, at least give JJ more options. Was great coverage by the Huskies DB.

Harbaugh getting too cute, trying to be too aggressive at the wrong time. Could have walked into the half with a two TD lead, instead its a one score game with Huskies having first possession.

Its not that Michigan have gone to sleep. This is the Michigan pass offence most of the year. They have stopped running and getting the massive runs

No need to throw it 10 yards downfield if it was a throwaway
Still have intentional grounding. Just didnt get enough power on it. I dont think Penix would of wanted to underthrow into double coverage.

Nice hold keeping them to 3.

I put it down in big part to the play calling on the pass side of things though. They are always going for those short passes wide. No creativity, rarely look for anything down the middle or over 10 yards. Very timid play calling. Credit to JJ though, as he is pretty clean and does enough to keep the chains moving throughout the season.

If Michigan can get one more stop, and another TD themselves. They gotta just pound the ball on the ground to run down the clock.
