We should make a play for North Pick 3, if thats what they value Pick 1 surely some pocket lint will do?

I mentioned a pick slide from ours to 2, I think a player would have to be involved though because North have no need to trade for picks. Just beg for more.

Just a general question if we traded pick 4 and F1 etc to WC for pick 1, how do we get Smith next year without a first round?

I'm not sure, you would be offering a 1st rounder for an uncontracted player who's looking at leaving his current club.
