You did which is why Ratten complained about it.

Chris Scott wasn't complaining because he knew his team had gotten away with murder.
Unlike Ratten, Scott decided not to have a huge sook to the media after the game. Scott correctly acknowledged St Kilda s**t the bed, the umpiring was bad both ways, see below
St Kilda - 85 tackles, 3 HTB calls - 1 every 28.3 tackles
Geelong - 62 tackles, 1 HTB call - 1 every 62 tackles

Who got the better run with HTB calls?

He wasn't saying anything because he knew we got away with it thanks to St Kilda's sh*t kicking

You literally got more HTB calls go your way at a far higher average per tackle than Geelong did
I'll agree with half of your post. It was a good game of football with the umpires doing their very best to ruin. Five minutes into the game I knew we were in strife despite how good our effort was around the ground. We kicked ourselves completely out of the game.

Umpires allowed Geelong players multiple opportunities to dispose of the ball while tackled. For what ever reason Geelong got well looked after.

Umpires can't catch a break. As fans as a whole we cry out to just let the players play yet when they do that it is all about every free kick they missed. St Kilda fans should be more worried about their marquee key forward being John Butcher II.
no, fans want consistancy, from game to game, quarter to quarter.

PS our marquee 24 game forward made your backline look impotent.
Has everyone forgotten about the change that was stated at the start of the year, there is now only incorrect disposal if a player doesn’t make an attempt to handball or kick, if they do either of those two motions when getting rid of the ball in a tackle it is now play on
watch these 6 incidents
no one of them was even an attempt to dispose of it, none of them called.

The trip occured after the HTB happened - the call was late
so if a backman successfully punches a ball away before his hand rests on the forward's shoulder it's ok?
if a player tackles, spoils the ball out, then it slips high, it should be play on?

the onus has always been on the tackler to do it within the rules. tackles slipping low or high, are deemed incorrect and it's a free against. ALWAYS
