Tigers were probably due an off week. Other than the Brisbane game they’ve been pretty good for the last 10 games or so.

5 day break hasn’t helped. Well and truly out played but lots of guys look cooked.

We just aren’t at that level , the ageing guys are done and the kids are making their way price you pay for continued success.

I think the 8 is almost set. Saints the iffy one but can't be removed this week even if they lose. Despite the log jam, not enough teams outside the 8 are convincing enough to replace too many sides already placed 5-8.

Hope Essendon make it outside of the teams out of the 8. They’ve played some really good footy this year just haven’t been as consistent as the saints but they’ve been way more impressive with the brand they play.

The Brownlow is not the perfect system.

Wines had a very good season that year, no one would argue it was better than Bonts, but they won a lot of games and he was getting 30+ a week. It’s hard not to get a lot of votes doing that.
