Same as last night with the Stars.

Another moronic decision in winning the toss and bowling in a final.
Reckon the Strikers have the best bowling attack in the comp.
A lot better off defending than chasing.

Especially against us. We have 4 batsmen and I’m being generous saying 4, it’s more likely 3.

Bat first get the runs and Rashid is 100 times more dangerous

Getting some quality limited overs marquee players would go a long way in helping this shitshow called the BBL.
But the long season makes that hard to near impossible.

What’s wrong with Phil the Legend Salt

The run-out than Rashid being elevated and failing. That started the dominos falling
Reckon the coach has to shoulder the blame

Sure the run out hurt but no one means to get run out. It's an error. It happens.

The order change though was a conscious decision that we had time to consider.

Reeked of the camp not being comfortable under the pressure of a drawn out run chase that went into the 19th or 20th over.

Instead just wanted to whack a few boundaries, get rid of the pressure the quick and easy way.

Agree with all of this.

That decision sent the wrong message to the team and created a false panick.

37 off 31 required and 6 wickets drop going for the big shot. Utter stupidity.

Thunder offering nothing short and easy to cart either.

Did the Strikers hit a single 6 tonight?

Can't remember one. Nothing short or fast paced from the Thunder, they bowled smart.

Strikers not smart enough to realise that 1s, 2s and the odd 4 was the only way to win.

That's how they got in a winning position in the first place (Carey, Wells).

The Stars were never really in it whereas the Strikers needed 37 off 31 with 7 wickets in hand. That's a textbook choke.

150 odd on a pitch that was turning is a tough chase. That Stars one was a disaster it was pretty flat
