Interesting point. Is Trengove playing forward because Bassett doesn't want him down back?If they do t want to push Trengove back anymore and decide to get him out of our forward line, where does he go? Is that the real issue, he's become a redundant backline player?

If Howard comes in I think Trengove has to go out unless they have multiple talls (like West Coast). The defence has done too well without him (bar those sides with multiple talls)If they do t want to push Trengove back anymore and decide to get him out of our forward line, where does he go? Is that the real issue, he's become a redundant backline player?
I swear to ******* Christ if we drop Houston again this week over an injured Hartlett, bombscare Pittard or anonymous Broadbent I'll freak. He's miles better than all of them.

If that is so Ken should pull rank and insist Jack plays where he plays best. I'm just guessing here but surely Ken can see that Jacko is not suited at CHF, perhaps Bassett who is a strong character has got the upper hand?
no changes needed as we won the last 2 and had a bad game on the weekend. ill back the players to bounce back.
am i doing this right?
Spot on, but I think you left out the part about something like "I'll keep backing in the lads that have done the job this year"etc etcno changes needed as we won the last 2 and had a bad game on the weekend. ill back the players to bounce back.

Also, can someone positive (like Janus) give me some semblance of hope that we are chance this week in Perth?
PLUS Impey...go figureMy wife has been going to games with me since 2012. She's quite inexperienced as a football observer but has developed a lot of passion for this team in a short space of time.
You know what she says to me before Saturday night's game? "I like Neade and Sam Gray but I don't think we should be playing them in the same team, they're too small. We can get by with one but not both."
Bugger me. Someone that's been watching the game intensely for all of 5 years can spot our obvious structural deficiency.
A undermanned Melbourne beat them here two weeks ago, they struggled to beat St.Kilda here and the undermanned Giants beat them here. So there's thatAlso, can someone positive (like Janus) give me some semblance of hope that we are chance this week in Perth?
