Not necessarily true, if 2 people have already claimed neutral roles you’d be rejected as the cap of 2 neutrals will be reached. No SK kill overnight tells us something at least.

my read is up to 8 evil
and up to 5 in a single faction depending on how many people tried for an evil role

obviously 5 mafia would mean max 3 wolves and vice versa

2 neutral

15 village at a minimum assuming all 8 evil spots and 2 neutral spots were filled
