Hopefully bennell can get his injuries pushed aside and doesn't end up another mora if yarran doesn't return will be interesting to see who can take his role. Maybe a Langdon or weller? Does deluca get upgraded ? Will be interesting to see what eventuates

I am not really comfortable adding Kersten to those three. The other issue is that it pretty much assumes Apeness is going to be second ruck because I don't think you could add Clarke/Griffin/Darcy to those four, and have the second ruck resting forward. Even with a forward line of McCarthy, Taberner, Kersten and Sandilands, when Apeness is doing some ruck time, looks unworkable.

I think that McCarthy, Kersten replace Pavlich, Mayne. With Kersten improving defensive side of his game, and kicking the
goals that Mayne missed or couldn't hit the range.
I would partner Apeness with Sandi first, Griffen at his age/knee is only backup. Clarke also needs to prove himself first, with
Darcy playing for Peel.
Resting Sandi for games during the year is crucial to this year, and the next.
