The positive with Dev is he has been improving incrementally and has the stuff you can’t teach. That natural want to be physical and apply pressure. The things he needs to work on - composure and use - are all things he can improve easily.

He now either improves and will therefore not be worth the cost of the draft capital in 2 years - or he doesn't and therefore will not be worth it as we will have drafted other higher end draft pick mids (and possibly other signings and trades etc).
