I knows it’s early, but the first 2 rounds show very positive signs for the season ahead.

Not only the forward half pressure but also the connection between our mids to forward line is the best it’s been in ages.

Shout out to MOC rarely ever does a mistake, and his field kicking is very good.

Back to back weeks where the new boys have been brilliant. Constable should get the RS nom.

We’ve had a Rolls Royce defence the last two years but have been cut open in finals with the rest of the team not pressuring the opposition. Now we see this well oiled machine perform with the rest of the team pulling its weight.

Great win.

We play games like this every year but we dont usually back it up after a big win so that was very impressive.

One big disapointment though. We got absolutely massacred in centre clearances from mid way through the second qtr onwards. Teams dont win premierships playing rebound football. I hope this was just an off night for the centre.

Dangerfield looks like he may be back to previous years form.

Defence held up well although the weather obviously suited defence.

Parfitt seems to be lifting to a new level. We could go a long way if he becomes an a grader.

Ive never seen us get such a great ride from the umps before. Weird.

Miers and clarke showed a bit more.

Great win, stingy defence a stand-out. Forward efficiency was incredible but even if they hadn't kicked straight it still would have been a flogging.

The proof in Geelong's pudding is next week. Win against Adelaide over there and we start to look scary.
