Well deserved loss

Comprehensively outcoached on game day. Couldn't get near it in the last quarter

Lost it at selection. Players that have been awful for weeks were directly responsible for the loss

Terrible midfield strikes again too, with several of GWS most important mids missing

Absolutely pathetic but predictable result from this club

Good - Murray, Jones

Bad - disposal, Fog after 1/4 time, Brodie Smith

Ugly - Sholl, Rankine, McAdam, Sloane, umpiring, Keays' kick inside 50 in the last, Butts

Unless you've got a deep midfield with some top enders you can't compete across a full season, and you certainly can't win finals. And if you don't spend the first 2 to 3 years of your rebuild drafting and trading to develop such a midfield then you are wasting everyone's time.

We are wasting everyone's time.

More inside 50s than score involvements

Luke Pedlar - 6 inside 50s, 0 score involvements
Lachlan Murphy - 6 inside 50s, 4 score involvements
Josh Worrell - 5 inside 50s, 3 score involvements
Brodie Smith - 4 inside 50s, 1 score involvement
Rory Sloane - 4 inside 50s, 1 score involvement
Chayce Jones - 3 inside 50s, 2 score involvements
Ben Keays - 2 inside 50s, 1 score involvement

So that's the bunch of players that cost us going forward. All of those guys somehow managed more inside 50s than score involvements

Midfielders or forwards with 1 or 0 score involvements and therefore no impact on the game whatsoever

Rory Sloane
Lachlan Sholl
Ben Keays
Luke Pedlar
Ned McHenry
Brodie Smith
