Ken Hinkley has yet to be offered a new contract by Port and given he's out of contract this year, it'll be interesting to see what Ken's coaching future holds after this year.
Ken has a higher win percentage than Ross Lyon, Alastair Clarkson and Damien Hardwick so it's clear he's a good coach and is likely to be coaching beyond this year, whether it's at Port or elsewhere is the big question.
Ken's critics point to his lack of silverware but Brad Scott, Michael Voss and Brett Ratten have all coached at multiple clubs despite having inferior coaching records to Hinkley along with a lack of silverware.

Ken Hinkley has been treated so unfairly by port fans who think this is the SANFL. He literally rebuillt your club brick by brick and saved it from extinction.

Imagine GCS were this ungrateful.

Ken is one of the greatest minds and thinkers in all of afl.

The least you can do is let him leave on his own terms and give him respect.

This is really his first year with his own list. The last year's has been primuses list without cattle.

Some teams with die for a couple of prelims and coach of the years coach

If you think he's so good then you can have him. After all you're not looking so sharp yourself

Port to lose a home prelim. Not re-sign Hinkley. Carlton to do Carlton things and miss the finals. Carlton to sack Voss thinking they will land Hinkley, only for Hinkley to move up to the Pay Packet(Suns). Hardwick then goes to Port and that absolute joke of an organisation(Carlton) to conduct a thorough search for the messiah.

Will be given a new 3 year deal come seasons end to remain with Port Adelaide

Where does this scenario leave Josh Carr?

Another Geelong fan jerking off Ken what else is new.

Win percentage means both f!!k & all without a single GF appearance

I agree.
Feels like Ken is going to be stifled once again in the finals.

It's fantastic winning 13 games in a row early in a season. Means nothing if you can't bring that same footy when it matters most.

I think Ken will remain with Port too.

But is there any connection at all between Carr and the Tigers?
Would't call it a connection, from what the media have said there are a few people at Richmond strongly interested in Carr to at least have him in the final few.

Hilarious - you should be a comedy writer. I'm making the assumption that this is satire otherwise you're a cretin.

I think both of these statements can be true and not necessarily mutually exclusive

Port fans have unreasonable expectations (at times) and

Port Adelaide has unachieved in finals under Ken

I can understand both sides of the pro and Anti Ken Camps tbh.

I suspect that if Port is bundled out in straight sets in the finals, Ken won't be back at Alberton as coach next year
