No, but he's the one continuously gifting games to the likes of Sholl and Murphy who aren't AFL standard players and still regularly running Sloane and Keays through the middle. Sloane is charcoal yet got regular centre bounce attendances for theatrics due to his milestone and Keays, whilst tries hard and is a gut-runner, has the skills, smarts and composure of an ammos ressies player.
His selections, match-day coaching and unwillingness to shake anything up is why he's not up to it. We're supposedly rebulding yet we've debuted one player this year (back in round 1) and have used the equal second least players.
He's like Dew, good with building relationships and repairing what was a broken culture, but isn't the right person to help us to take the next step to finals.

If the Eagles wont do it then the AFL should step in for the sake of the integrity of the comp.

The "injury" excuse is a total myth. They have a full team out there tonight. Nobody on that injury list would make any difference and most of the blokes on that injury list arent AFL standard anyways.
Enough is enough. If they have to pay Simpson out then just do it. And Nisbett needs to go too.
