I need this, I can’t focus on anything for more than a minute.

It was a massive pain in the arse getting a referral and finding a specialist. Changed my life though, the lack of focus was making so many things so much more difficult than they had to be. If it is (or starts) troubling you it's definitely worth seeing a GP.

Systematic tanking is bad but Essendon aren’t a bottom 4 qualify side, they’ve just had a terrible run with injury and form. Should try pick up another top 10 pick in this years draft and keep building.

I don't think losing to West Coast in Perth is bad anymore compared to the walf team they had running out at the start of the year. West Coast did push Geelong last week only had a bad patch in 3rd quarter that cost themselves. Essendon over achieved last year and under achieved this year. They are probably better than a few above them but certainly in the mix with the mid ladder teams. Just shows that if things don't go your way as a mid table team doesn't take a lot to fall down the ladder.

It’s a ripper viewing day - especially good after so many dud games played over the staggered bye. Freo v Carlton being the pick of it. And yes Freo to push Carlton down a peg or two

Also I have a slight cold, which seems unfair 2 weeks out from COVID but here we are. So a whole day on the couch sending someone else out for food seems the perfect plan

Agree. They're having s**t years for different reasons but both sides are capable of playing some solid footy that could cause an upset.
