People feeling sorry for us

I was walking my dog on the beach this morning and was got talking to a guy . I had one of my North jackets on and he said I feel sorry for you guys.
He was Carlton and said I know what it’s like. My reply was yeah it’s s**t now but it will be magic when we start winning again.
Anyone else had any similar remarks?
